Analyzing the land use trends of greater metropolitan Phoenix to Queen Creek. This spatial analysis of pattern development visually determined the likelihood if Queen Creek would become like metropolitan Phoenix. To add, from a precise approach I used marginal areas of similar attributes of Queen Creek to compare this trend of future development. The towns I used to compare this were Fountain Hills and Cave Creek, both that areas marginally in the extent of greater metropolitan Phoenix.
